Qantas Flight QF29, 32,000 Feet
Possibly the only safe way to serve eggs on a long haul flight... frittata... with mushrooms, a sausage, and a splash of mushy tomato. No other egg dish would survive that many hours inside its heated foil coccoon. No other egg dish would still pass for food when it lands on the tray of the hapless traveller, about the same time that DVT sets in. So, in the circumstances, I suppose it wasn't all that bad.
