Pancakes at Sweethearts

"I had a lumberjack for breakfast this morning..." How's that for a conversation starter? Actually, I had a very nice stack of spinach, corn and ricotta pancakes with tomato relish and a side of crispy bacon. The lumberjack was too sweet and fat for my tastes, smeared with hazelnut butter and drizzled with maple syrup.
