So light. So airy. Who knew hollandaise could be this fluffy? Two nicely poached eggs smothered in a thick yellow blanket on some equally fluffy toast. They give good Benedict at Pronto, 335 Flinders Lane, Melbourne, Tel +61 3 9629 5453. Good Lavazza coffee too.

My friend and I were very impressed of our visit to 'Pronto' last week for breakfast.. The food was great- high quality but very reasonably priced, the coffee was fantastic and although it was quite busy the service was very friendly and efficient. I will definitely be coming back here for regular visits!
By far the best coffee in the street.. And they do a great breakfast and lunch.. Go there and have a laugh with the cheeky owner!

had breakfast at prontos not that flash also had better coffees elsewhere down that strip sorry guys you goto do better....
