Loco, Middle Park
Today we hit the leafy streets of Middle Park and grabbed some eggs at Loco, 32A Armstrong Street, Tel +61 3 9696 1951. It's a small and stylish little venue, but when you factor in footpath seating, the place nearly triples in size. Not a bad local for a lazy weekend brunch (weather permitting). My scrambles were very good.

Loco is lovely! The baked beans are no garden variety beans, they truly are superb. They also have a box of toys to keep the kids entertained (the Middle Park adventure play ground is nearby for a stroll to work off breaky), very good hot chocolate, coffee and tea (scoff you may at the tea remark but delivering good tea is an art in its self). Good looking staff (always a bonus) and try not to be intimidated by the 'very chic' who call Middle Park their home - they mean well!
You'll have to try the Cornbread dish at Hot Honey cafe in Middle Park if you like breakfasts and good coffee--- Hot Honey is the best breakfast in Melbourne in my opinion!
