Auberge du Cheval Blanc, Cluny

Having gone without poached eggs for days on end, there was no stopping me when they showed up on the dinner menu. Never mind that they had been poached in red wine. Ouefs en Meurette is a Burgundian classic. So what better place than Burgundy to give it a try...
